Clean and Quick Egg Muffin
In a bowl beat 7 egg whites and 2 whole eggs.
Chop veggies ( which ever veggies you like) into bite size pieces and add to bowl with eggs, mix well.
I like to use hot peppers in my mix.
Add in whatever spices and herbs you want as well.
Spray muffin tin with Pam, poor egg mix into muffin tins.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 min
Great for reheating in the morning for a quick protein packed breakfast! I recommend eating this with oats for more calories for your first meal!
